Rainwater Poster Co. provides a variety of services and pricing options designed to suit many budgets and needs. If interested in one of the below options, follow the link to start a conversation with us. We offer a complimentary 30 minute call to get to know potential new customers and discuss what services might best suit their needs - and if needed, we'll create a custom package that includes multiple services and is tailored to your exact specifications. 

Poster Run (Western North Carolina only)

Support Level: one-time 

Got an event to promote? Posters are a great way to connect with potential music fans in a tangible way. If you have a poster design and need some help spreading the word, Rainwater Poster Co. is here to help. Don't have a design yet? I'm happy to work with you to create one.

 

This package includes:

  • Placement of up to 50 posters in the downtown Asheville/West Asheville/Black Mountain area (additional target areas can be added if needed)

  • Promotion of your event on Rainwater Poster Co. social media and email list

  • Printing arrangements and poster pickup if needed

  • Poster design if needed

We can also: 

  • Work with you to create a press release for your event

  • Contact local media

  • Add your event to local calendars and Facebook groups

Wix Web Design

Support Level: one-time

Are you going online for the first time? Do you have a website that isn't meeting your needs, or an existing Wix website that needs a facelift? Rainwater Poster Co. can help!

We design websites exclusively on Wix, because it offers a variety of customization options while remaining user-friendly and creating a great experience from the customer side as well as on the back end. Here are a few things your new Wix site could include:

  • Search Engine Optimization

  • Built-in mailing list

  • Integration with tour date management platforms such as Bandsintown or Songkick

  • Integration with social media channels and streaming services

  • Landing pages to easily promote important links, new releases, etc. as soon as visitors land on your site

Are you ready to hand over the reins on your social media? Do you want to focus on making music and/or making great events happen, and know that your social media is not only under control but thriving? Ongoing social media management may be for you!

We offer three packages designed to meet the needs of artists and events wherever they are along the way:

    • One Facebook and one Instagram account

    • Keep account info, link in bio, highlights, etc. up to date

    • Design and implement a social media strategy and content calendar

    • Post 2-4 times per platform per week

    • Create graphics as needed to promote upcoming events, new music, etc.

    • Create Facebook events as needed to promote upcoming events

    • Personalized content ideas

    • 1 monthly call with Maggie

    • Cost: $300/month

  • Let’s Grow! 

    • Up to 4 platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Bandsintown, or X)

    • Keep account info, link in bio, highlights, etc. up to date

    • Design and implement a social media strategy and content calendar

    • Post 3-5 times per platform per week

    • Create graphics as needed to promote upcoming events, new music, etc.

    • Create Facebook events as needed to promote upcoming events

    • Personalized content ideas

    • Biweekly calls with Maggie

    • Creation, management, and reporting for up to 4 social media ads per month

    • Monthly social media analytics reporting

    • Basic website management (i.e. email lists, blogs, tour dates)

    • Up to 6 platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Bandsintown, or X, or something else of your choice)

    • Post 4-6 times per platform per week

    • Create graphics as needed to promote upcoming events, new music, etc.

    • Weekly 30 minute calls with Maggie

    • Creation, management, and reporting for up to 20 social media ads per month

    • Monthly social media analytics reporting

    • Monthly streaming analytics reporting

    • Basic website management (i.e. email lists, blogs, tour dates)

Tour & Admin Support

Support Level: ongoing

Need help keeping things organized on the road? Spreadsheets and itineraries aren’t your thing? Maybe you need someone to work with your venues to advance your performances so that you can focus on doing what YOU love - playing shows? 

 

At Rainwater Poster Co., our goal is to help you be successful at what you do best - and we’ll support you with the pesky detail stuff. Here are some ways that we could support you on the admin side of things: 

 

  • Create and maintain band calendars, itineraries, and/or tour/project management softwares and systems

  • Work with your booking team to gather venue information and contacts

  • Create and maintain shareable folders to house your stage plots, photos, riders, etc. all in one place

  • Work with venues to coordinate show announce dates and create a streamlined process to share that information on social media

  • Work with venues to advance shows and ensure that all advance details are distributed to band and management team

  • Create Facebook events and Bandsintown events for each show in accordance with announce dates

  • Research, book, and manage travel arrangements

  • And more… if you have something that needs to be organized, we can probably help!
