Rainwater Poster Co. provides a variety of services and pricing options designed to suit many budgets and needs. If interested in one of the below options, follow the link to start a conversation with me. I offer a complimentary 30 minute call to get to know potential new customers and discuss what services might best suit their needs - and if needed, I'll create a custom package that includes multiple services and is tailored to your exact specifications. 

Poster Run (Western North Carolina only)

Support Level: one-time 

Got an event to promote? Posters are a great way to connect with potential music fans in a tangible way. If you have a poster design and need some help spreading the word, Rainwater Poster Co. is here to help. Don't have a design yet? I'm happy to work with you to create one.

 

This package includes:

  • Placement of up to 50 posters in the downtown Asheville/West Asheville/Black Mountain area (additional target areas can be added if needed)

  • Promotion of your event on Rainwater Poster Co. social media and email list

  • Printing arrangements and poster pickup if needed

  • Poster design if needed

Starting at $75

Wix Web Design

Support Level: one-time

Are you going online for the first time? Do you have a website that isn't meeting your needs, or an existing Wix website that needs a facelift? Rainwater Poster Co. can help!

I design websites exclusively on Wix, because it offers a variety of customization options while remaining user-friendly and creating a great experience from the customer side as well as on the back end. Here are a few things your new Wix site could include:

  • Search Engine Optimization

  • Built-in mailing list

  • Built-in blog

  • Integration with tour date management platforms such as Bandsintown or Songkick

  • Integration with social media channels and streaming services

  • Landing pages to easily promote important links, new releases, etc. as soon as visitors land on your site

Event Promotion (Western North Carolina only)

Do you have an event coming up in western North Carolina? Rainwater Poster Co. is opening limited spots soon for an all-in-one event promotion package including:

  • press release serviced to WNC media

  • listings in WNC event calendars

  • postings in WNC music groups on Facebook

  • poster design and printing

  • poster run of up to 25 posters around WNC

  • promotion of your event on Rainwater Poster Co. social media and email list

1 Hour Consult

Support Level: one-time

Rainwater Poster Co. offers a free 30-minute intro phone call to anyone interested in working together. However, for folks who would like to meet in person and/or over Zoom to get to know each other a bit better, I am excited to share that I am now offering open consultations! A consultation may be helpful for you if you'd like to talk through some burning questions about artist and event promotion, but you're not sure if you're ready to hire someone for ongoing support. I'd love to meet with you!

Consults can happen in person in the Asheville area, or remotely via Zoom.

90 Min. Intensive

Support Level: one-time

In an intensive, we'll focus on one particular aspect of your promotion that you'd like to do a deep dive into. Maybe you have an album release on the way and need some help mapping out your promotion strategy. Maybe you'd like to integrate a new platform into your social media suite and need a plan to get started. Or maybe you want to start your own street team and need some help getting it off the ground. Intensive sessions are a great way for us to strategize and make a plan together - and I'll come prepared so we can really focus and cover a lot of ground during our session. 

Intensives can happen in person in the Asheville area, or remotely via Zoom.

Each intensive includes:

  • An audit of the items you'd like support with before the intensive happens. I'll provide a PDF including my observations and suggestions for improvement. For example, if we're talking social media strategy, I'll audit your existing social media platforms.

  • Take-home copies of any strategies we map out together after our session, as well as any meeting notes and items for you to take action on afterwards.

Social Media Consulting

Support Level: ongoing

Many times I've spoken to artists or music venues who aren't yet ready for ongoing social media management, but would like a support system in place. Or maybe they truly enjoy doing their own social media and just need some guidance and direction on how to be most effective! If this sounds like you, Rainwater Poster Co.'s ongoing consulting option was designed with you in mind. 

 

Consulting packages are offered with a 3-month minimum commitment, and include:

  • personalized monthly content ideas

  • monthly social media analytics reports via SocialPilot, Rainwater Poster Co.'s social media management software, which include details such as:

    • engagement trends​

    • follower trends

    • follower activity

    • and more...

  • short video explainer from me once per month talking through your analytics reports

  • one 30-minute call per month to answer any questions you may have

  • limited posting of no more than twice per platform per week

Social Media Management

Support Level: ongoing

Are you ready to hand over the reins on your social media? Do you want to focus on making music and/or making great events happen, and know that your social media is not only under control but thriving? Ongoing social media management may be for you!

Social media management packages are offered with a 3-month minimum commitment, and include:

  • design and implementation of a social media strategy and content calendar

  • posting 3-5 times per plaform per week

  • event creation on Facebook and/or Bandsintown

  • responding to audience comments and private messages, forwarding to you whenever your involvement is needed

  • keeping all relevant information on the pages updated, including "about" page, profile photo, etc.

  • creating graphics as needed to promote upcoming events

  • personalized monthly content ideas

  • monthly social media analytics reports via SocialPilot, Rainwater Poster Co.'s social media management software, which include details such as:

    • engagement trends​

Street Team Management

Do you have a large event that needs street team support in multiple cities, like a festival? Rainwater Poster Co. can set up and manage a multi-city street team for you. Pricing is customized based on event size, number of cities, etc. and is available upon request.

On-Site Social Media

Support Level: one-time

Do you need support with social media on site at your event? Want to capture "in the moment" photos, Reels, TikToks, and/or live video content, as well as keep your attendees up to date on things like vendors, schedule changes, don't-miss sets of music, and more? I'd love to come to you and manage your social media during the event.
